A study by Jupiter Research and ratings and reviews technology provider Bazaarvoice found the top 3 influences on online users in their buying decision, when researching online to buy from an etailer or high street shop, are:
1 - 70% - user reviews as the most helpful feature
2 - 57% - product comparison tools
3 - 51% - images
